At Shiv Indian Wedding Jewellery (“shivjewellers.com”), we specialize in handcrafted and customized bridal jewellery. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns Policy

We generally do not accept returns.
Returns are only considered in special cases of damaged products.
Non-customized products are also non-returnable, except in case of damage.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must inform us within 5 hours of delivery.
You are required to share:
- Order details
- Clear photos or videos of the issue

👉 After verification, we will provide a replacement.

3. Exchange Policy

Exchange is allowed only in case of damaged products.
A replacement item will be provided after verification.
You must contact us on WhatsApp for quick support.

4. Customized Products

All customized products (name, date, or special text) are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
Please ensure all customization details are correct before placing your order.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before shipping.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

6. Shipping Charges

Free shipping within India.
International customers may need to pay additional shipping charges in advance.

7. Return Shipping

In case of approved return (damage case), return shipping will be handled by us based on valid reason.
Customer must contact us on WhatsApp before proceeding.

8. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
However, we will assist you in tracking and support.

9. Important Notes

Slight variations in color/design may occur due to lighting or handcrafted work.
Such variations are not considered defects.
